The tracks that make up this album consist of six distillations of much longer improvisations made for the 22-hour radio broadcast Beyond sublargo, which were produced for the Radio Art Zone project in 2022. Twenty-two hours is an expansive canvas, an unpainted Sistine ceiling an ocean, a national railway’s-worth of tracks and junctions. A solar system. An endless steppe.
