Their model centers on the girl and her individual needs, with wraparound support from peer mobilizers, community health workers and partnerships with public and private clinics, providing trusted, stigma-free support. Generating real-time data insights to help governments optimize care delivery, Tiko is scaling their model to reach six African countries by 2030 to impact 3.5 million vulnerable girls annually, creating a sustainable blueprint for adolescent health across the region.
