State of Panoramax

Panoramax started a few years ago in France, initiated by OpenStreetMap France and IGN. This project is part of the OSM family, because ground level pictures are so useful for OSM mappers. This talk will provide an overview of the project, how it works, the full open-source approach, the decentralization and federation, and will describe the next steps, including the launch of the Panoramax Foundation.
